A2 series is upgraded based on A series, is designed for the driver. Maximal engineers have focused on improving the comfort and safety for new series forklifts, with lower noise levels, less vibration, more safety, and every small detail carefully designed prepared for the driver. 


(2) Product Details & Features

1.  Wiring harness connectors are upgraded from common type into waterproof type which

improved the waterproof performance of the entire electrical system greatly.


2. The panel meter is changed from pointer type to LCD screen, compatible with all

functions of pointer meter and also CAN-bus communication function.


3. The upgraded electric box has higher rating of dustproof, waterproof and fireproof, and it's

with smaller size and easier to install.


4. The steering axle is changed from welded type to casting type with the axle body processed

by advanced static pressure line, together with the ductile iron used on the rear axle, the

shock resistance and noise reduction is dramatically improved. Besides, the paint has better

adhesion and the overall appearance is obviously improved.


5. Steering cylinder with floating connection is better in coaxiality than the traditional

welded and screw-connected cylinders, and is easier for maintenance. The surface of the

piston rod adopts quenching process, which is robust enough for harsh working conditions

and its lifetime is prolonged.


6. The traditional needle bearing and one-way thrust bearing at the knuckle is replaced by

tapered roller bearing. The tapered roller bearing is installed at the knuckle bearing hole, with

the upper and lower ends fixed with customized tapered surface oil seal and rubber skeleton

oil seal, the contact surface is bigger, the sealing effect is significantly improved than the

traditional iron-shell oil seal structure. The water leakage, being rusty and oil seal dislocation

problem is completely solved.


7. The thickness of the rear frame connecting plate is changed from 16mm to 20mm,

which makes the whole frame firmer.


8. The top cover of the overhead guard is changed from stamping to grille, effectively

reduces the noise to the driver.


9. Enlarged and thicken boarding handle is more comfortable.


10. The ordinary self-locking hand brake is upgraded to a ratchet self-locking hand brake for

lighter operation.


11. The upgraded A series increases the height of the hand brake, steering column and levers,

as well as foot brake pedal, and the cover is newly designed which enlarges the leg space. The

overall comfort is greatly improved.
