I.Brief Introduction: 

Converter steelmaking process of 40-150 tons,when the converter is blown to the end point, TCO End-point Control System will automatically put in the detection probe from the discharging port by the throwing equipment without furnace switching. The temperature of molten steel and the content of oxygen and carbon will be detected within 8 to 12 seconds. The instrument and screen will display the detection results at the same time to guide the operators in the next smelting operation。

The system has passed the evaluation of experts in metallurgical industry and has been successfully applied in many steel mills in China . 

 

II. Equipment list

It is composed by probe-release device and Detecting instrument device; 

Bomb-release device can automatic control and inspect as required;

Detecting instrument device is made of 1)Probe, 2)Signal Processor and 3)Display.
