Automatic N95 Folding Face mask Machine

1. Product Introduction

HRKZ-N95 Automatic N95 Duck-billed Folding Face mask Machine is an efficient mask production line equipment. It realizes the whole automatic production process from non-woven cloth raw materials into finished masks.

It mainly consists of five parts: raw material bracket, welding and pressing, ear band welding, folding & welding and shaping by rolling cut. Trademark printing, breather valve punching and nose bridge sticking cotton (labeling machine) are optional. The whole processes are controlled automatically for producing N95 Duckbill folding mask.

 2. Machine function

The machine can produce 3-6 layers of non-woven N95 Duck-billed folding face mask, with nose bridge strip automatic cutting and pre-embedding, face mask shaping, breather valve hole punching, trademark printing, ear band welding, nose bridge sticking sponge, folding &welding and rolling cut shaping etc. The finished mask refers to the following picture. (The printing patterns are according to customer’s requirements):

3. Ultrasonic vibration is used to coordinate with mask shaped tooth model, ear band welding and V-shaped tooth model for compressing, welding ear band and folding & welding.

4. Cutting shaped with rolling cut shaping cutter.

5. No sparks, no peculiar smell and no damage during processing nonwovens’ adsorption and filtration

6.Mask shaped tooth model and rolling cut roller can be customized.

7. Cover form tooth model and rolling cut roller are made of special alloy steel by special heat treatment, with wear resistance and long service life.

8. The machine is controlled by PLC automatically, with welding  tool following system. It can produce continuously with none stop in the whole process

9. The machine adopts high quality machinery and pneumatic components with reasonable design, easy maintenance and adjustment.
