Three-lobe roots blower
Motor is driven the blower by the V belt and through a pair of turning trilobed wheel to exhaust the intake air from the exhaust port.
This blower is a volume compressor, through regulating the spped to change the flow quantity and shaft power, through changing the speed or a overflow tubing to adjust the flow quantity.
When the wind pressure is more than 58.8Kpa, blower uses the circulating water to cooling. Pressure of cooling water is 196-294Kpa, temperature of cooling water shall be not more than 25ºC.
During the air exhaust, the material of tubing shall be able to withstand the gas temperature and wind pressure(can use the steel pipe).
