Brief introduction

The Multi Grind Universal Grinding Machine is perfect for tooling and mold building, mechanical fabrication, development, laboratories and training. Its frame is made of solid gray cast iron which minimizes vibrations, thanks to its weight of 1300 kg. This universal grinding machine provides internal and external cylindrical grinding, conical grinding, tool grinding such as cutters, drills and chisels and simple work of grinding flat surfaces.

Characteristic

Three-point bearing The custom three-point grinding spindle bearing guarantees minimal temperature effects and consistent grinding quality.

Feed drives Hydraulic feed of the table (longitudinal) with automatic change of direction. An additional longitudinal feed manually operated with hydraulic support allows feed rates of up to 7 m/min.

Grinding head The special grinding head design allows the simultaneous adjustment of 2 different wheels. The sharpening head can be moved transverse and also vertically; and can be rotated around the vertical axis.

The head operates at 3 different speeds (110, 200, 300 min-1), which are adjusted using an easy to operate gear shift lever.
