Surface grinder is a kind of grinder. According to the shape of the worktable, it can be divided into rectangular worktable and circular worktable. The main parameters of the rectangular worktable surface grinder are the width and length of the worktable, and the main parameters of the circular worktable are the diameter of the worktable.

The machine tool is equipped with a laser interferometer as an in-situ measurement system for machining accuracy. The lens of the laser interferometer can scan all the processing areas by moving the machine table and measuring the transverse movement of the carriage. When the machine tool is grinding, the measuring beam can move beyond the processing range.

Based on the traditional closed hydrostatic guideway, a large plane closed hydrostatic guideway with high rigidity and high precision is developed to realize the large stroke, stable and reliable reciprocating motion of the worktable.
