UPGRADED PAINT, NOT EASY TO FADE

Gusite has upgraded paint to two component baking paint. With strong adhesion and colorfastness, it gives mechanical parts good protection, as well as keeping scooters bright for long time.

HIGH DENSITY, BREATHABLE SEAT CUSHION

Gusite¡¯s seat cushion, ergonomically designed, using new plastic injection baseboard, high resilience sponge, well-chosen polyhedral stretchable leather, hemming seam workmanship, brings refined aesthetics and better comforts.

MULTIPLE PROTECTION CABLE

Gusite is using high standard cables. With high-performance multiple layer insulation, built-in multi-core flexible wire, high temperature resistant cable sheath, simple and user-friendly design, its performance is reliable, durable and safe under full conduction performance test.

ROBOT WELDED SEAMLESS FRAME

Gusite motor scooter frame is made of high quality steel. According to mechanics and high requirements, we use reinforced frames with thicker wall. Meanwhile we introduced robot automatic to improve welding technics. With well-stacked and uniform welds, the performance and safety is far superior to other ordinary frames.

GENUINE VACUUM TIRE

All Gusite motor scooter is using tires from well-known brand suppliers from local and abroad. Depending on different models, we use proper tread design to reach best vehicle performance and safety.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE DAMPING SYSTEM

Gusite equipped each motor scooter with high-performance suspension system, including big hydraulic front shock absorber damping, thickened rear spring damping etc.; we carefully adjust and calibrate front and rear suspension system for different models to ensure durability, safety as well as the riding fun.

STAINLESS STEEL ALLOY DISC

Gusite¡¯s hydraulic brake system used enlarged heat-treated stainless steel alloy discs. According to specific type of vehicle, we dispose the pattern of holes on brake disc scientifically, match with high sensitive rear brake cable, adjust the handle grip for nice handle feel, giving consideration of both handling comfort and braking performance, greatly improved the safety of brake.

HEAT RETREATED HIGH STANDARD WHEELS

Gusite equipped high-end models with high standard alloy wheels with heat treatment calibration. Comparing to normal wheel, our high standard wheel is lighter in weight, more precise, higher strength, less inertia resistance, better cooling capability. To use different type of wheels for specific type of vehicle brings better appearance and higher safety.

AQL QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM APPLIED FOR STANDARD FASTENERS

Gusite uses high quality standard fasteners which is corrosion resisting, abrasion resistant, with high strength, above level 7 of acetic acid-salt spray test (CASS). We ensure each standard fastener is safe and reliable, meeting national standard.
