CCCME Vice President SHI Yonghong met with Minister Counselor of the U.S. Embassy
On the morning of May 10, 2016, CCCME Vice President SHI Yonghong paid a call to the U.S. Embassy in Beijing and met with the Minister Counselor for Commercial Affairs Ms. Sarah Kemp up on her invitation.
VP Shi introduced CCCME’s Chinese Provinces and US California Joint Working Group on Trade and Investment Cooperation and the visit to Los Angeles for match making infrastructure projects in April this year. He explained the keen interests that Chinese companies have showed in investing in America’s infrastructure projects and briefed the training plan for China-US PPP cooperation, in which Ms. Kemp was highly interested. She expressed her willingness to help invite speakers from related law firms, accounting firms and investment banks to answer Chinese companies’ questions. Ms. Kempt also invited CCCME members to participate in the investment field trips to Rochester, Denver, Waukegan and City of Charlotte organized by the U.S. Embassy in this June.
