CCCME Successfully Hosts the China-Mexico Seminar on Investment and Industrial Cooperation in Mexico City
To promote exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Mexican enterprises in the areas of trade, investment and industry, and to provide members with first-hand comprehensive information and docking opportunities, on May 7, 2018, CCCME organized a trade and investment promotion mission of nearly 50 delegates to Mexico and co-hosted a seminar on China-Mexico Investment and Industrial cooperation with the Mexican Council for Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology Enterprises(COMCE). CCCME president Zhang Yujing, Economic and Commercial Counsellor Zou Chuanming of the Chinese Embassy to Mexico, attended the event and delivered remarks. Deputy Director Tomas Olvera of the Department of Cooperation and bilateral Economic Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico, Director Tomas Olvera of Oceania and Asia Pacific multilateral organizations, Former Mexican Ambassador to China Sergio Ley and representatives from Mexican Agency for the Promotion of Investment and Trade, the Mexican Bank for Engineering and Public Services, the Bank of Mexico for Foreign Trade, the Mexican Special Economic Zone, Law Firm Garrigues and others interpreted Mexico's macro-policy, industrial characteristics, project opportunities, financial financing arrangements, bidding practices, and so on. About 120 people from commercial administrations from Chongqing, Hubei, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang and Chinese and Mexican enterprises attended the event.
