UK-Beijing Economic & Technical Development Area (BDA) Advanced Manufacturing Dialogue Held

   The “UK-Beijing Economic & Technical Development Area (BDA) Advanced Manufacturing Dialogue” event was held on March 10, 2023 as an effort to promote the exchange of intelligent manufacturing industry between the People’s Republic of China and the United Kingdom and to build a platform for enterprise exchange and cooperation. The event was organized jointly by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) and Department for Business and Trade (DBT), and the Administrative Committee of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (also called Beijing E-Town), hosted by China–Britain Business Council (CBBC), and supported by the Leading Group Office for Development of the "Two Zones" of Beijing E-Town. CCCME Vice President Liu Chun, Deputy HM Trade Commissioner to China Tom Duke and Executive Deputy Director of the Leading Group Office for Development of the "Two Zones" Li Dongming attended the event and delivered speeches.

  Deputy Director of the Beijing E-Town Administrative Committee also attended the event. In addition, the event was attended by over fifty representatives from Chinese and British enterprises and institutions including Instrumentation Technology and Economy Institute (ITEI), Soft Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (SRT), Beijing Aerospace Xinli Technology Co.Ltd, Beijing Combine Tech Co.,Ltd, Zhejiang Dahua Technology Company, Taylor Hobson, BSI and Rotork, etc.
