China-South Africa New Energy Investment and Cooperation Conference Successfully Held in South Africa
On June 13, with the support of Embassy of China in South Africa, hosted by CCCME, SACETA, and Invest SA, China-South Africa New Energy Investment and Cooperation Conference was successfully held in Sandton International Convention Center, Johannesburg. Chinese Ambassador to South Africa Chen Xiaodong, Minister of Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) Pravin Jamnadas Gordhan, Minister of Presidency for Electricity Dr. Kgosientsho David Ramokgopa addressed the opening ceremony on site.
South African Ambassador to China Dr. Siyabonga Cyprian Cwele delivered a video speech. On behalf of the organizers of the Conference, CCCME Executive Vice President Zheng Chao, Head of Invest SA Yunus Hoosen and President of SACETA Chen Longjian delivered speeches respectively. Over 400 people attended the conference including representatives from industry organization, 170 new energy companies and media of both sides.
