The contract valued about 0.35 billion dollars was signed with Angolan Education Department and Angolan Health Department ranging over 15 schools and 15 hospitals (including health centers) with a total building area of 36,000 m2. The 1st phase of this project valued 82 million dollars has completed which launched in June 2006 in Angola and finished at the beginning of 2008. The project got credit for its satisfactory fulfillment and highly competent quality. The incremental contract will take effect in 2009.
