Production line Features
1.High speed extruder adopts notched barrel(with water forced cooling transportation zone),shield screw with special mixing structure ensures the stability of high extruding and the plasticizing quality
pressure extruding ,and makes the good physical and chemical properties of raw material being copied into the pipe,meanwhile the stability of the extruding pressure is the strong guarantee for high speed manufacturing
2.Vacuum calibrating mandrel adopts our proprietary's multi-sheet water immersion calibrating mandrel (invention patents,practical new patents),realized the cooling calibrating evenly and effectively for plastic pipe,ensuring high production of the pipe
3.High speed flat belt pulling machine with multi-group roll wheel is specially designed for high speed pipe production ,which can ensure the stable running during the production no matter at high or low speed
4.The entire production line adopts the originally new control system of PLC programmable computer ,guaranteed highly and steadily reliable controls of the production line.
