The accessories of the machine adopted FESTO/SMC original pneumatic component, Japan THK precision slide rail, precision mold is grinding of S136, cutter parts is made of SKD11 material. Mitsubishi PLC touch screen operation interface.

Seven different parts should be assembled to the post head as required during the course of riveting, then to rivet.
Each part auto-load material as required quantity by different components requirements, and rivet, unload material, to achieve fully automatic operation.

With automatic alarming system reporting irregular issues and giving the corresponding solutions in the form of message. It can also induct the incoming materials automatically and point out the lack of materials, predict and record the capacity.
