 The facilities have many advanced functions as follows:

l        It adopts bar code scanner to scan the gas meter ex-factory serial number automatically.
l        It adopts photoelectric sensors to get the volume of gas meter automatically, in order to carry out dynamic test.
l        Taking Venturi nozzles as master standard, and the facilities can choose the most optimal nozzle combination when the flow point is changed. 
l        Taking advanced technology of Single Chip Microcomputer and high precision A/D conversion and so on.
l        System get Minus air pressure to test and choose maintenance-free Vacuum Pumps for dynamical system, it can provide enough vacuum degree to ensure the air pressure at the critical state after flow the nozzle all the time.
l        System shortened proving cycle because of the continuous air flow.
l        Once a gas meter is in “clamped” position, the prover takes over until the test is complete.
l        System Provides consistent and highly repeatable proving results. Accuracy test repeatability of the flow rate is typically in the range of ± 0.15%.
l        System Improves the proving process by reducing the need for human intervention.
l        System Minimizes human error within the proving process. The operator’s job is confined to placing, removing, and adjusting gas meters while following precise instructions from the computer
l        The operator does not need to collect or tabulate results during the proving process. The on-board computer saves all necessary meter proof information. Test data can also be sent to a printer on a continuous basis.
l        Software displays the adjusting gear ratio after testing complete. Three ways can be choose to adjust the gear, ”according to one point(Qmax)”, ”according to two points(Qmax, 0.2Qmax)”, and ”according to three points(Qmax, 0.2Qmax and Qmin)”
