Rig Components

1. Mast for Truck-mounted Rigs
  Masts with guylines are used in drilling and workover services. Mast legs with rectangular cross section are made of square steel pipe or angle steel. During operation, the mast inclines toward the wellhead and keeps its stability and load capacity by guylines. The telescoping action of the mast is made either by long-travel hydraulic cylinders or wirelines of duplex sheave system.

2. Substructure for Truck-mounted Rigs
  The substructures for truck-mounted drilling rigs, trailer-mounted drilling rigs, workover rigs, including simple type, integral type, telescoping type, folding type and trailer type, can suit different equipment and heights with the advantages of suitable structure, good stability, strong loading, etc.
The structure design of every substructure should conform to finite element analysis and calculation.
