9YFQ-1900 square baler is a new type of high-efficiency positive traction square bale picking and bundling machine.

Compared with the traditional square baler (side traction), this machine has the following characteristics:

(1) Imported German knotting device and main transmission system, the performance of the whole machine is stable, and the bundling rate is high.

(2) The machine has a symmetrical longitudinal axis, good driving stability, easy towing, and can be adapted to work on small and irregular plots.

(3) A wide low flat elastic tooth roller picker with a width of up to 1.95 meters is used, with profile wheels on both sides to reduce the loss of straw picking. And because of reducing the height of the hay when picking up, thereby reducing the rubbing between the flowers and leaves. This is especially important for legumes such as alfalfa that are prone to falling flowers.

(4) The bundling room and the needle penetration have a sufficiently high ground clearance. When working in the low-border section, the needle will not touch the ground, so the traditional needle protection frame is cancelled. The pickup is equipped with a profile wheel, which can work in low-lying areas.

(5) From the picking of the straw to the formation of the bale to the ground, the forage always moves in a straight line in the machine. The technology of straw transport and bundling is reasonable, which is beneficial to increase the reciprocating frequency of the piston and increase the production capacity.
