Cooling Machine

  The cooling machine is mainly composed of a rotary cylinder with a slope of 5% and a diameter of 1.5 meters and a length of 12 meters.It is equipped with winnowing board.The barrel body is supported on the retaining wheel device by a supporting ring 2.5 meters from both ends. The low-end supporting ring and the retaining wheel are in rolling contact to prevent the axial sliding of the barrel body.The rotation of the cylinder body is driven by a transmission device by means of a large ring of teeth fixed on the cylinder at a distance of 1 meter from the severe supporting ring.

   The single-barrel cooler is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system. The function of the cooler is to cool the clinker (1000-1300¡æ) from the rotary kiln to (below 200¡æ) and improve the clinker quality and grinding property.

Clinker in the material area was repeatedly raised, and evenly scattered, cooling air and hot clinker for a strong heat exchange.Especially in the low temperature zone, the contact time between clinker and cooling air can be increased by improving the structure and arrangement of the hoisting plate and adjusting the inclination and rotating speed of the barrel, so as to control the moving speed of clinker, so that the heat inside clinker has enough time to conduct to the surface, so as to fully recover the heat of clinker with a lower temperature.
