The high-speed roll forming machine is the new type line which is produced both by our company and Formia company from Finland. The complete machine adopts the cold forming, cold punching, automatic stack, industrial automation controlling system and precision machining technology, therefore it can run full automatically, including decoiling, forming, cutting to length and stacking. The highest speed can reach to 60m/min. We can design and manufacture machines for forming different profiles according to customers'requirement.

Main technical features

1¡¢Adopt independence guide post supporting wall plate and inside transmission chain, the rollers are treated with ionitriding and polishing.

2¡¢Setup the flat sheet pre-cutting equipment to avoid waste of raw material.

3¡¢Procedure control and encoder measuring the length, it will automatically cut to length.

4¡¢Adopt procedure control stacker which will automatically stack, take count and move out the products.
