CNC HONING MACHINE

CHARACTERISTICS

This is cnc honing machine used for honing various cylinder liner bores, cylinder block bores and

other precision bores. ( special order should be made for processing blind holes ). Roughness Ra0.4 and dimensional accuracy grade IT7 can be obtained.

Honing diameter ranges between��50~��500. The Max. length is 1500mm.

honing machines model 2MK2250X150, 2MK2240x 140 are used for honing cylinder liners

of railway internal conbustion engines, hydraulic cylinder bores and other precision bores. surtace finish better than Ra0.4 and dimensional accuracy better than grade 7 can be obtained.

Controlled by CNC, this machine boasts automatic cycle and adjustment functions, realizing highly automatic

operation, The 2- station hydraulic workable facitates loading and unloading of workpieces, which makes it highly eficient and high precision honing machine.
