Tongli Machinery TL-105 MgO Powder Filling Machines are specially designed to fill magnesium oxide powder inside empty tube for tubular heating elements. It can work with TL-305 Tube ranking machine and TL-303 Automatic upper plug and pin assembling machine.
Functions:
PLC control, human-computer interface. Vibration frequency can be adjusted.
Powder filling density above 2.17g/cm3. Almost zero MgO loss.
Oscillation mode: Motor or electromagnetic.
Tube diameter: below 16mm.
Indicate how to clear fault automatically.
12, 18, 24, 36 positions are available.
Filling speed: 250-350mm/min.
Min. tube diameter: 5.5mm.
