We adopt upside down design for spindle and chuck, this machine has one turning with cutting spindle and two tool service position(row tool holder or turret on your choice). Body of machine and standing post adopt heat symmetric style box rib structure. And X/Z axis adopt big span design. All these can let this machine bear big stress during heavy cutting. These designes can fit for high precision, automatic and mass production for brake discs/drums. And production efficiency is 30% higher than traditional production ways.
