Chuang Yin is an independent high-tech company specialized in production of instrumental transformers as well as high voltage transformers used in electric power transmission. Headquartered in Hi-tech District of Shenzhen, Chuang Yin is an enterprise consisting of R&D, manufacturing, marketing and distribution. Chuang Yin currently enjoys being the industry leader in China, as a result of its youthful management team with an efficient enterprise system, due to its productive R&D professionals, because of its well-trained marketing group armed with a broad reaching sales network, owing to the diligent engineers, technicians and workers with two well equipped manufacturing facilities. With 10 well equipped production lines in 42,000 square meters standard factory, each year, Chuang Yin produces 15 millions instrumental transformers, and 15 thousands high voltage transformers.

Chuang Yin has been focused on developing and manufacturing a variety of transformers. The products have been sold in Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and America, as well as many provinces in China. The sale revenue is over 100 million RMB per year. The market share is more than 15%. Chuang Yin was founded in 2002. Since then, Chuang Yin has been pursuing modern management practice and promoting high-tech innovative products. Due to its consistent rapid growth, Chuang Yin has become the de facto industrial leader. Moreover, Chuang Yin will continue to grow in a double-digit rate.

Just in a few years after it was found, Chuang Yin had developed itself out of the infancy of an Incubated Tech Company of Nanshan District in Shenzhen, to become a strong enterprise, and earned many titles, such as, the Hi-tech Enterprise of Shenzhen, the Hi-tech Enterprise of Province, a member of National Standardization Committee, a member of National Electrical Instrument Standard Committee, a member of National Transformer and Meter Standard Committee, a member of China Electrical Appliance Association , and the Enterprise with the Most Growth Potential.

The strategy for development is: to raise capital through IPO, and to develop high-tech products through investing in intellectual properties and collaborating with research institutes and universities. Currently, those strategies have been put into implementation. The IPO team is working on the process to introduce the company into the stock market. On the other hand, collaboration with research institutes has produce promising results. The combined effort among Chuang Yin, Wuhan University and Huazhong University has produced a prototype of an electronic transformer. This prototype transformer already passed the test conducted by Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute. Moreover, there are several other projects under way. Also, many students from Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Jiujiang College are taking internship in Chuang Yin. These activities have been noticed and gaining support from many government bureaus, such as Shenzhen Technology& Information Bureau, and Shenzhen Nanshan Science Committee.

The goal of Chuang Yin is to manufacture the first-class products by using the best technology and techniques, with automatic production equipment. Chuang Yin will keep a technology-oriented mind, continue to pursue innovative products. The plan is to become a pubic trade high-tech company in five years.
