one of the three major cities of Fujian Province. Facing the
Taiwan island across the Taiwan Strait, Quanzhou is a key 
city for informationization projects of manufacturing industry 
and a model city for technological innovation projects in China,
 with convenient transportation and comfortable natural 
conditions. With 100 million yuan in the first phase investment,
our company focuses on LED semiconductor lighting 
research and development, production and sales of large-scale  semiconductor lighting.

Relying on the Guangzhou Institute of Energy, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and Shanghai nstitute of Technical 
Physics  of the CAS, Sino-tech Center has a strong R & D team composed ofthe thermology, optics, and electricity experts 
possessing powerful  technical strength and experience. 

Sino-tech Center has dedicated to the city intelligent lighting, green lighting products (LED, solar energy, complementary 
utilization of wind and light energy) and system technology R & D, production and installation of related works, including 
energy-efficient lighting project and energy management contract project, energy diagnostics, energy-saving technical advice, 
green lighting and landscape project design, renovation, installation, operation. In view of the industry competition and market 
characteristics, the R & D center has developed seven series, with more than one hundred kinds of optical products, especially
 in the LED high pole lamps, street lamps, landscape lights and other products, which have a unique technical advantages 
and practicality.
