Established in 1992, Ningbo Happy Time Lighting Electric Devices Co., Ltd. is now one of the largest leading export-oriented manufacturers of magnetic ballasts, transformers and energy saving lamps in China. The 20 sophisticated production lines, operated by 800 employees in our 36,000 ©O manufacturing facilities have upgraded our monthly output capacity exceeding 1.8 million pieces of ballasts and 1 million pieces of energy saving lamps.

Benefiting from the pleasing enterprise culture and highly efficient management team formed by passionate and well-educated staff members, our company was accredited with ISO9001:2000 certificate in 2002.

To ensure high quality standards and customization flexibility for global market, our company has invested enormously in upgrading all manufacturing facilities and has recruited R&D team of 20 experienced engineers all with college education. Raw material and components purchasing is under rigorously supervised program guarding the major raw materials like silicon steel, enamelled copper winding wire, insulation sheet and light tubes, which are all supplied by reliable sources in conformity with international quality standard. Furthermore, great importance has been attached to quality control and every step of product design or production is under precise analysis and examination with modern test facilities and instruments. In addition, the endless devotion to workmanship innovation and the adoption of reinforced nylon 66 skeleton and high-speed punching machines for silicon steel processing have made a major contribution to the significantly improved product quality and service life.

Our sincere commitment and continuous improvement to quality and service have won us a great reward and we have been approved and certified with CE, TUV, GS, FCC, EMC, CCC and UL certificates by internationally recognized quality institutions and organizations. Starting from October 2005, with the introduction of vacuum impregnation technology in our production process, new ACCU products have been characterized by their superior quality and performance with B2 standard for ODM & OEM orders from European Union, North America and Australia.
