Introduction
Guangxi Guiguan Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ”±Guiguan power”±) was founded in September 1992 and registered in Nanning, Guangxi. It is the first enterprise in China to raise funds in the form of joint-stock system for the construction of large and medium-sized hydropower stations. In March 2000, A share of ”±Guiguan power”± was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company is mainly engaged in hydropower, thermal power, wind power and other clean energy development and operation, power station maintenance, technical consultation and other businesses.
