The registered capital was RMB12,000,000 yuan. Its current legal representative and general manager is Mrs.Chen Wuyi. The China National Sci-Tech Information Import and Export Corporation is specialized in the trade of science and technology publications, including books, journals, documents and other reference materials, as well as OA equipments; is specialized in the trade of copyrights; and is engaged and deputized in the import and export trade of commodities and technologies except for the 16 import categories and 14 export categories specifically controlled by the state authorities. It is also engaged in related exhibitions and trade fairs, business consultations and technical services.
