Our company is located in No80 ,West Section of Shihua Road,Xian City, which covers an area of 20000 square meters. It has 120 employees, of whom, 24 people above College and technical secondary school educational level ,30 technical personnel, management staff and technicians with senior titles.It has two sets hydraulic unit of 3500 tons¡¢ 800 tons of free forging.8 sets of furnace for heating and heat treatment, more than 20 units of large machining, milling, grinding, band sawing machine and other machining equipments. It has built well-performed physical and chemical room, the metallographic and mechanical performance test room.It has formed a series of products of all kinds of free forgings from 200kg to 30000©K.The main products are motor spindle and rotor for wind ¡¢nuclear power¡¢ thermal power¡¢hydropower and railway , marine ship rudder shaft¡¢ high-speed fan main shaft¡¢crankshaft, cold roll and backup roll¡¢large module, high pressure cylinder¡¢the flange ¡¢large gear¡¢oil fracturing pump and mud pump¡¢cylinder¡¢valve body and high pressure vessel etc.Processing materials includes carbon tool steel¡¢alloy tool steel¡¢carbon structural steel¡¢ alloy structural steel¡¢steel for power plant¡¢steel for petrochemical¡¢steel for shipbuilding steel¡¢bearing steel¡¢stainless steel¡¢titanium alloy¡¢superconducting material etc. It manufactures petroleum machinery and mud pump¡¢ fracturing pump¡¢centralizer¡¢drill collar¡¢oil pipeline etc.It mainly provide high quality products for the manufacturer of equipment manufacturing industry ,such as aerospace, aviation, shipbuilding, mining, machinery, petrochemical, armaments factories, metallurgy, electric power, automobile, etc.It provides long-term key products for Germany¡¢the United States¡¢ Italy¡¢ France and other European and American countries .

Since 2011, our company began to the project of fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box used for oil and shale gas exploration. We invests a plenty of manpower, financial resources, resources and works with college and research institute, they focus on researching fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box, till 2013, we finished trial-production of fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box and production date inspection. Now our produced 2000KW-2800KW fracturing pump full-fiber die forging crankshaft and super-high tension high strength ultra-fine grain valve box have passed the third party inspection, their mechanical property  has reached or exceeded the word advanced level. Now it has put into mass-production and won good comments from domestic and oversea customers.
