WTO.越南通报救生艇用甚高频无线电话国家技术法规草案

国家技术法规草案基于ETSI EN 300 225 V1.5.1（2015-12）。
本国家技术法规规定了在156兆赫至174兆赫（国家无线电频谱规划中规定的特定频段）海上移动业务频带内工作的手持甚高频无线电话的最低要求，适用于救生艇上使用，并可在海上船舶上使用。（技术服务中心）

附录A（规范性附录）：用于相邻信道功率测量的测量接收器。
附录B（规范性附录）：太阳辐射试验源
附录C（规范性附录）：救生艇上使用的甚高频电话设备清单必须符合本质量控制虚拟网络的要求。

The draft National technical regulation is based on ETSI EN 300 225 V1.5.1 (2015-12).
This national technical regulation specifies the minimum requirements for Hand-held VHF radiotelephones operating in the maritime mobile service band from 156 MHz to 174 MHz (specific frequency bands specified in the national radio frequency spectrum planning), suitable for use used on survival crafts and can be used in ships at sea.
The following provisions are included:
1. General provisions
2. Technical requirements
3. Regulatory requirements
4. Obligation of organizations and individuals
5. Implementation
Annex A (normative): Measuring receiver for adjacent channel power measurement.
Annex B (normative): Solar radiation test source
Annex C (normative): The list of VHF telephone equipment used on survival crafts must meet requirements of this QCVN.
