WTO.埃及通报ES 7823“电灯和灯具能效要求”标准的补遗

本附录涉及第171/2020号部长令的通知，该法令给予生产商和进口商六个月的过渡期，以遵守埃及标准ES 7823“电灯和灯具能效要求”。
应注意的是，之前于2015年3月9日以G/TBT/N/EGY/76号文件通知的第975/2014号部长令规定了本埃及标准的早期版本，其草案先前于2019年11月12日以G/TBT/N/EGY/76/Add.1号文件通知。
值得一提的是，本标准在技术上与欧盟委员会第874/2012号法规和欧盟委员会第1194/2012号法规的修改相同。
生产商和进口商通过在政府公报上发布行政命令随时了解埃及标准的任何修订。

拟议生效日期：2020年4月10日

This addendum concerns the notification of the Ministerial Decree No. 171/2020 (2 pages, in Arabic) that gives the producers and importers a six-month transitional period to abide by the Egyptian Standard ES 7823 for "Energy efficiency requirements for electrical lamps and luminaries" (38 pages, in English).
It should be noted that the Ministerial Decree No. 975/2014 (2 pages, in Arabic) which was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/76 dated 9 March 2015 mandated among others the earlier version of this Egyptian Standard, and its draft was formerly notified in G/TBT/N/EGY/76/Add.1 dated 12 November 2019.
Worth mentioning is that this standard is technically identical with modification with the commission regulation (EU) No 874/2012 and the commission regulation (EU) No 1194/2012.
Producers and importers are kept informed of any amendments in the Egyptian standard through the publication of administrative orders in the official gazette.
