本条例规定了菲律宾国家标准（PNS）所涵盖的屋顶产品热浸金属涂层和预涂镀锌钢板（本地生产及进口）强制PS许可方案的技术规定及其未来修订版。如下：

1.所有PNS 67覆盖的屋顶用热浸金属涂层钢板；

1).PNS 1990覆盖的所有热镀锌碳素钢板产品；

2).PNS 2003覆盖的所有连续热镀锌/5%铝合金涂层钢板产品；

3).PNS 1993涵盖的商业、图纸和结构质量的所有连续热浸镀铝/锌钢板产品

2.PNS 201覆盖的所有屋顶用预涂镀锌钢板。

覆盖的产品：顶用热浸金属涂层和预涂镀锌钢板（ICS代码77.140.50扁钢产品和半成品）

This DAO prescribes the Technical Regulations for Mandatory PS Licensing Scheme of Hot-dip Metallic-Coated and Pre-painted Galvanized Steel Sheets for Roofing products covered by the particular Philippine National Standard (PNS) and their future amendments, whether locally manufactured or imported, as follows:

1.All hot-dip metallic coated steel sheets for roofing covered by PNS 67; 

1)All hot-dip zinc-coated carbon steel sheet products covered by PNS 1990;

2)All continuous hot-dip zinc/5% aluminum alloy coated steel sheet products covered by PNS 2003;

3)All continuous hot-dip aluminum/zinc-coated steel sheet products of commercial, drawing and structural qualities covered by PNS 1993

2.All pre-painted galvanized steel sheets for roofing covered by PNS 201.（技术服务中心）
