The notified text establishes the entry into force of the mandatory certification regime on the performance and energy efficiency labelling of household electrical products (SICyM Resolution No. 319/1999 and the amendments thereto), with regard to LED lamps for general lighting services.

Products covered: Light-emitting diode (LED) lamps for general lighting services; electric filament or discharge lamps, including sealed beam lamp units and ultra-violet or infra-red lamps; arc-lamps (HS 8539)（技术服务中心）
