PHMSA正针对美国国家丙烷气体协会(National Propane gas Association)提交的规则制定请愿书，提议修订某些DOT 4系列规格的无腐蚀性气体应用钢瓶的再认证期要求。

这一规则的制定建议放松监管，并降低丙烷营销人员、分销商和其他非腐蚀性气体服务行业的再认证相关成本。

PHMSA is proposing to revise requirements on the requalification period for certain DOT 4-series specification cylinders in non-corrosive gas service in response to a petition for rulemaking submitted by the National Propane Gas Association. This rulemaking proposes regulatory relief and a reduction in the requalification- related costs for propane marketers, distributors, and others in non  corrosive gas service.（技术服务中心）
