国家计量、质量和技术研究所（Inmetro）于2021年10月15日发布了以下第433号法令：

批准轮胎翻新的技术质量法规和合格评定要求-统一。

Inmetro第423号法令在收养生效之日撤销了以下法案：

-第21条第21项。第18条和第7条。Inmetro条例258第19条，2020年8月6日，于2020年8月7日在政府公报第1节第25页上公布，之前通过G/TBT/N/BRA/907/Add.1进行了公告。

National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - Inmetro, issued the following Ordinance 433, 15 October 2021 that:

Approves the Technical Quality Regulation and the Conformity Assessment Requirements for tire rethreading - Consolidated.

Inmetro Ordinance No. 423 revokes the following acts on the effective date of adoption:

- Item XXI of art. 18 and item VII of art. 19 of Inmetro Ordinance 258, 6 August 2020, published in the Official Gazette on 7 August 2020, section 1, page 25, previously notified through G/TBT/N/BRA/907/Add.1
