现行标准SI 62133第2部分，锂系统二次电池和碱性电池的技术要求为强制性。本声明符合保护人类安全的强制性标准化目标。
本标准采用国际标准IEC 62133-2第1.0版：2017-02，无任何修订，并将在以色列官方公报上发布6个月后生效。

The requirements of the existing standard, SI 62133 part 2, dealing with lithium systems of secondary cells and batteries containing alkaline, shall be declared mandatory. This declaration is inline with the mandatory standardization objective to protect human safety.
This standard adopts the International Standard IEC 62133-2 - Edition 1.0: 2017-02 without any national deviations and will enter into force 6 months after publication in Israel Official Gazette.（技术服务中心）
